During these workshops we guide you on the Nagykunsag, where a few Bee-eater colonies are located. In these breading areas the birds are very activ: display, mat, keep their eyes on the nests, fight, fly, so we have many good opportunities to take good photos.

The cost of this trip is 300000 HUF/person. It is included: transfer from and back to the airport, accommodation, guiding, entrance fees, food, all travel and fuel during the trips. It doesn’t include insurance, air tickets and alkoholic beverages.
We meet at the Airport and after a two hour drive we will arrive to your accommodation. After you have settled in, we will go for lunch or dinner depending on the time to a local restaurant. If we have time, we will have a walk around the town with our cameras and binoculars.
After a relaxing night we will start our photo tour in my Hawfich hide, where Syrian Woodpeckers, Nightingales, Flycatcher can appear from the Finches. The Golden Orioles are returning from their wintering territories around this time and are regular guest around the hide. After the hide photography we will have the opportunity to take pictures of the Wryneck in the park nearby.
After our midday siesta we are going to visit the neighbouring rice fields, where we will see Bluethroats, Sedge Warblers and Savi’s Warblers. On the rice field we can see many waders as well and this time of the year the Collared pratincoles are already here and have t0erritories.
At dawn we are going to visit one of the Bee-eater colonies, where we can take picture of the birds basking in the first rays of the morning sun. After this we will have the opportunity to take pictures of the Great White Egret and Little Bittern.
After our afternoon siesta we are going to explore the surrounding territories. During our walk we will take pictures of the Little Bittern, the Great Reed Warbler, the Cuckoo and the Penduline Tit. With a bit of luck we can observe Red-backed Shrikes, Stone chat. Above the reed we can often see Marsh Harriers too.

After our midday siesta we are going to visit one of the most beautiful fishing ponds of the neighbourhood, where we can picture Pygmy Cormorants and different kind of Herons. During the afternoon we are going to see Ferruginous duck, Marsh Harriers, Bearded Tits and Pond terrapins as well.
At dawn we are going to visit my Tower hide for the Red-footed Falcon, we can take picture of the birds basking in the first rays of the morning sun. From this hides we can see Lesser Grey Shrikes, Roller, Jackdaws and Kestrels.
After our midday siesta we are going to visit the Great Bustard Reserve in Dévaványa. On the way we can see Rollers, Great Bustards, and Imperial Eagle. In the exhibition centre we will take an insight into the Hungarian Great Bustard preservation. This place is perfect for the observation of the Great Bustard, the Wryneck, the Montagu’s Harrier, and the Hoopoe.
At dawn we are going to visit one of the Bee-eater sites next to Túrkeve , where we can take picture of the birds basking in the first rays of the morning sun.
After a short midday siesta we are going to visit Hungary’s second biggest lake the Lake Tisza, where during a boat trip we can take pictures of the following birds: Night Heron, Great Crested Grebe, Whiskered Tern, Penduline Tit, Black Tern and Grey Heron, Squacco heron and any other birds.
If we have enough time before leaving to the airport we will drive around to visit the neighbouring fields for Corn Bunting, Yellow wagtail and many other small songbirds .
